Payments and Cancellation Policy

Payments Policy

Domestic Bookings:

Advance payment of 50% of the total package cost to confirm the booking and balance 50% one day before the tour or during the tour but the full payment has to be settled one day before the last day of your tour.

Note:

NO PENDING DUES AFTER THE TOUR WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

International Bookings:

Advance payment of 50% of the total package cost to confirm the booking, 25% – 4 weeks before departure, 25% – 2 weeks before departure.

Note:

FULL AMOUNT MUST PAID BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Domestic Bookings:

If any cancellation 21 – 14 days – 20% will be charged on the basis booked.
If any cancellation 14 – 07 days – 30% will be charged on the total.
If any cancellation 07 – 03 days – 70% will be charged on the total.
If any cancellation 03 – 01 days – 100% will be charged on the total.

Note:

Bookings made under state forest department or any government based accommodation’s cancellation policies may differ and the same will be informed at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy for International Bookings:

If any cancellation 22 days prior to departure – 15% will be charged on the basis booked.
If any cancellation 21 – 14 days – 50% will be charged on the basis booked.
If any cancellation 14 – 07 days – 75% will be charged on the total.
If any cancellation 07 – 00 days – 100% will be charged on the total.
