Tour Plan
- Arrival at Cairo International Airport, greeted by our representative who will assist the group
through immigration and customs formalities. - Transfer by our deluxe coach to your hotel in Cairo for check-in.
- Dinner at Indian restaurant
- Overnight at hotel
Optional: Sound & Light Show at pyramids
- After buffet breakfast at hotel, we start at 08:00 am for Full day visit of the Great Pyramids of
Giza, Sphinx, papyrus fair, perfume factory and cotton shop followed by lunch at Indian
restaurant. - Continue visits of the Egyptian Museum and Khan-El-Khalili Bazaar(enjoy Irish coffee at khan
khalili café and option to buy souvenir from the market at you own cost) - Overnight at hotel
Optional: Nile Cruise for dinner with transfers
- Early morning after breakfast, transfer to Cairo Domestic Airport to take your flight to Aswan.
- Arrival at Aswan airport, greeted by our representative
- Visit the Philae Temple, High Dam and unfinished Obelisque.
- After visits transfer to your Nile cruise for check-in.
- Dinner and Overnight in Aswan.
- At around 13:00 sail to KomOmbo, visit KomOmbo Temple.
- Sail to Edfu and overnight.
- Visit Edfu Temple.
- Sail to Luxor.
- Checkout after breakfast.
- Visit Valley of Kings, Queen Hatchepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon.
- Visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.
- After visits transfer to Luxor Airport to take your flight to Cairo. (must be evening flight)
- Arrival to Cairo Domestic Airport and final departure by night flight.
Notes
- Rates given are as on date however, in case of any increase imposed by the Government on any services included in the program; Luxxata Holidays Pvt Ltd will have the right to increase its rates accordingly.
- Sightseeing in Cairo is based on private basis and on joining basis during the Nile cruise.
- The Nile Cruise program can be changed without prior notice due to navigational circumstances.
- The Nile cruise tours begin on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
- Check-in and check-out times are per international regulations.
- These rates are valid only for Indian clients who have Indian, Sri Lankan passports.
- Sleeper train: There are no triple cabins on sleeper train, so 03 pax (triple room) will accommodate into 01 double & 01 single cabins.

- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
- Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/confirmed from your end.
- The change in dates will attract re-quote.
- International Hotel check-in time is from 14:00 hrs onward & check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
- 5.0% Goods and Services Tax will be applicable against final Invoice (Subject to Payment Made in INR)
- Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.
- The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
- Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.
- The quoted cost may vary in case of a change in the number of Pax.
Payments and Cancellation Policy
- Payment: 50% on booking, 25% – 4 weeks before departure, 25% – 2 weeks before departure.
- If any cancellation 22 days prior to departure – 15% will be charged on the basis booked.
- If any cancellation 21 – 14 days – 50% will be charged on the basis booked.
- If any cancellation 14 – 07 days – 75% will be charged on the total.
- If any cancellation 07 – 00 days – 100% will be charged on the total.
Quotation and Booking Conditions
- Quotations: All quotations are issued subject to the availability of services at time of booking.
- Bookings: At time of booking all relevant details including passenger’s names, rooming requirements, children’s ages (if applicable) and all flight details must be provided.
- Deposits: Upon confirmation of reservations, Grass Hills Holidays., will advise the clients of any deposits required for services included in the itinerary, for example luxury lodge reservations or similar.
Futher Information
- Airlines – airport reporting time is 03 hours prior to departure for international flights. Do remember not to carry any sharp objects or any other items that may not pass the security systems.
- Food – food items should be declared on arrival. Pack food items in clear plastic bags so that it is easily visible.
- Please carry a photo copy of your passport & 02 passport size photographs in case of an emergency.
- Always keep your passport, money & other valuables separate to your luggage. Drop everything in a pouch with a shoulder strap to access it easily.
